TLC Belmont has an extensive range of on-site services available making The Belmont a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident’s café, and virtual reality cinema.

Belmont Redevelopment

The $27m redevelopment of the TLC Belmont healthcare precinct is now underway, with completion scheduled for Q2 2025.

 

We welcome a cheery and motivated part-time Administration Officer to be the first point of contact of our busy aged care reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents and employees feel warm and welcomed.   

 

Hours of work

  • Onsite
  • Monday – Friday
  • 0900h – 1600h

What you’ll be doing

  • Reception duties including
    • managing a busy switchboard
    • meet & greet all guests
    • accept deliveries
  • Support to minimise vacant shifts
  • Support employee education and maintain compliance
  • Keep the foyer café clean and stocked
  • Maintain front and back of house procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer services to all stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees

 What you’ll need

  • Autonomous computer literacy and speed
  • Aged Care experience (desirable)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
