We welcome an experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead the care teams to provide excellent quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.

 

Located in 30 minutes from Geelong in Wallington and close to the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula and offering captivating views of the surrounding countryside, TLC Healthcare Wallington boasts a recently renovated 190 bed residential aged care home for residents wanting an elevated standard of care

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with General Manager on clinical management
  • Lead and develop local care teams
  • Manage clinical education and competency of staff
  • Mentor, coach and support care staff in:
    • conducting quality assessments
    • care planning
    • reviews
  • Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture
  • Support residents, families, visitors and staff in a caring manner

Things that matter to us

  • Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1 Nurse)
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
