We welcome a Geelong local who is an experienced Client Services Liaison (Resident Liaison) to join our team at our Homestead Estate Home.

 

Located in 30 minutes from Geelong in Wallington and close to the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula and offering captivating views of the surrounding countryside, TLC Healthcare Wallington boasts a recently renovated 190 bed residential aged care home for residents wanting an elevated standard of care

Homestead Estate is a unique place to live with an extensive range of on-site services:

As Client Services Liaison, you will drive occupancy utilising new and existing leads while providing a high level of customer service to prospective residents and their families by conducting meaningful tours and financial discussions.

You will have deep connections within Barwon Health to drive sales through referrers and leads, ultimately converting to placement or refer to other TLC Homes within Geelong or Melbourne.

Your motivation to build on your existing networks and maintain beneficial relationships with key stakeholders will ensure your continual success.

What you’ll need

  • Experience with AN-ACC funding model
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
